Please join the CO/WY ITE Section for our December Virtual Meeting where we will swear in our new section officers and hear a technical presentation on the newly-opened Concourse B gates at Denver International Airport.

Technical Presentation:  DEN Gate Expansion Program

On November 20, 2020, Denver International Airport (DEN) unveiled four new gates on the west side of Concourse B. This milestone marks the opening of the first of four Gate Expansion areas that will add a total of 39 new gates and extensive passenger amenities across all three concourses. Notably- the Concourse B expansion debuts DEN’s first outdoor deck, where passengers can enjoy fresh air, outdoor seating and accompanying fire pits, a pet relief area and beautiful mountain views.

In the spirit of giving, ITE is proudly continuing its annual holiday food drive virtually for 2020. In lieu of our regular luncheon registration cost, please consider donating to the following local charities:

• Denver Food Rescue: With a mission to produce health equity in Denver neighborhoods, the Denver Food Rescue saves high-quality produce and perishable foods that would otherwise be thrown away by grocery stores, farmers markets, and produce distributors. Food is delivered (often biked!) to Denver neighborhoods for direct distribution at No Cost Grocery Programs.
• Food Bank of the Rockies: As one of the largest private hunger-relief organizations in Colorado, Food Bank of the Rockies distributes more than 70 million pounds of food a year- enough to provide more than 156,000 meals each day to seniors, children and families in need.
