SPEAKER BIO
Anthony Sarhan currently serves as the Acting Division Administrator for the Federal Highway Administration’s Arizona Division Office. He has over 20 years of experience with FHWA, having worked as an Area Engineer, Design Program Manager, Construction Pavements & Materials Engineer, and Major Projects Oversight Manager. Anthony is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas where he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is licensed Professional Engineer in Arizona and Washington State.
