Welcome to the 2026 CO/WY ITE & ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Vendor Show registration page!
We’re excited to bring together transportation professionals, industry leaders, and innovative vendors for a day of networking, learning, and collaboration. This event is your opportunity to explore the latest technologies, solutions, and trends shaping the future of transportation in Colorado, Wyoming, and beyond. See you at the Vendor Show! Travel and Parking Instructions
- Carpool: If you need a ride or are interested in providing one to other attendees, please fill out the following form to share your information with others who are interested in carpooling: https://forms.gle/yGJsqLGZh5zn7w3G6
- Bustang: Bustang North Line stops at the Loveland-Greeley Park & Ride, four miles south of the event location. Fill out the Carpool form to find potential carpool opportunities from the Bustang stop.
- Personal Vehicle: Navigate to the Thomas M. McKee Building (4-H Building, 5280 Arena Circle, Loveland, CO 80538). Follow signs for event parking on site (see map under "Documents" on the right side of the event page).
Attendee Registration Details
All attendees for the 2026 Vendor Show are asked to individually register for the event.
- Attendees can register by clicking on the "Register Now" above found at the top of this page and purchasing a registration option.
- Individual Registrations are open to all ITE members, non-members, vendor representatives, students, public, and private sector attendees.
Happy Hour Sponsorship Details
Position your brand as a key contributor to the event’s networking happy hour. There are two sponsorship spots available. Sponsorship Benefits Include:
- Direct Attendee Interaction: Distribute drink tickets at your booth, creating a natural opportunity for conversation and connection.
- Optional Brand Visibility: Provide sponsor-created promotional items for Happy Hour participants, such as branded coozies (optional).
Vendor Booth Registration Details
For vendors interested in reserving a booth for the Vendor Show, please read the following information for details on booth availability, how to register, and frequently asked questions.
- Vendors interested in reserving a booth can do so by clicking on the "Register Now" button at the top of this page.
- Through the registration process, vendors will find the opportunity to purchase a Vendor Booth Table reservation numbered to align with the booths found on the map below.
- Each booth registration is $550 per table and does include registration cost for two individual attendees.
- When registering for a vendor booth reservation, select the Vendor Booth Table reservation number as it corresponds with the map (See Vendor Booth Table Diagram under Documents) and complete the check out process.
- When registering for a Vendor Booth Table reservation, vendors will be asked if they are interested in giving a presentation at the technical presentation session.
- All presentation slots are now full. Thank you for your interest - we are no longer accepting presentation requests.
Vendor Booth FAQ
- Can I send materials to the venue in advance of the Vendor Show?
- No, the venue cannot accept early deliveries, so vendors should plan to use other means to ship materials (e.g., ship to hotel, etc.).
- Will Wi-Fi be available?
- Yes, complimentary guest Wi-Fi will available, provided by the venue.
- Will power be provided at vendor booths?
- Yes, one table registration includes one (1) standard US power outlet. Please keep in mind that you must furnish your own power strips for additional outlets. Look to your neighbors’ booths if it is not apparent where the outlet is located. Generators are not permitted.
- Are any admission tickets included with vendor booth registrations?
- The vendor booth registration only includes two (2) attendee tickets. Please purchase any additional attendee tickets (See Attendee Registration Details) for all extra representatives that will attend the vendor show.
- Can I pay for my organization's ticket(s) or vendor booth(s) by check?
- Yes, Upon checkout, please select the 'Bypass Payment' option, and mail a check of the balance due. Checks can be made out to "ITE CO/WY Section" and mailed to:
