Meeting/Event Information

We are excited to announce the upcoming ITE Joint Section Conference with the ID, MT, and CO/WY Sections.  We look forward to seeing you all in Jackson this fall! Everyone is welcome to attend, even if you are not a member of one of the "host" sections. We'll be featuring a presentation about the history of the intermountain section that shouldn't be missed! Conference sponsorship opportunities and vendor booth registration are still available and can be purchase through October 8th! Details about sponsor options and vendor booths can be found at the bottom of this page.

Registration: NOW OPEN! Please note cancellations requested after 9/26 will incur a $100 cancelation fee - registration transfers are free.

Agenda: The conference agenda and technical program are now posted (click links to access). We're excited to have WYDOT Resident Engineer Bob Hammond as this year's featured speaker! Bob will give attendees a firsthand look at the response and recovery to the Summer 2024 landslide on Highway 22 that shut down a critical commuting corridor west of Jackson for 20 days.

PDHs: We plan to provide a minimum of 5 professional development hours for this event

Sponsorship:

A limited number of Trophy Sponsorships, which provide sponsorship of a specific event, and there are an unlimited number of conference sponsorships available at a lower price point that still go a long way to supporting this event. A member of the planning committee will be in touch with the sponsor point of contact..

Vendors:

14 Vendor booths are available for this event. Vendor booth purchase includes breakfast and lunch for up to two representatives during the conference but DOES NOT include registration to attend conference sessions. Vendors wishing to attend conference sessions will be able to purchase a conference registration when general registration opens. The vendor area will be located in the Mountain View room, which is located down the hall from the Grand View Ballroom where the conference will be primarily taking place (see floorplan image below). Morning and afternoon break refreshments will be served in the vendor area and the committee is working on other ways to ensure interaction between conference attendees and vendors. Conference organizers will reach out to vendors on a first-registered, first-served basis to assign booth location within the room.
