The CO/WY ITE & CO WTS chapters would like to invite you to attend the “Hiring for a Diverse Workforce” panel on Wednesday, February 23^rd from 11 am – 1 pm. This is a hybrid event with an in-person option at the Colorado Center Rooftop Terrace Conference Room (2000 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222). Networking and Lunch will take place from 11 am to 12 pm. The panel will begin at 12 pm.  In-Person registrations will be limited to 30 attendees, so please chose your registration option accordingly. Registration for attending in-person is $5 for ITE and WTS members and $10 for non-members. The online registration is free for anyone who would like to join us virtually.

As we know, Hiring Managers have many challenges in bringing top talent into organizations; on top of that, it is difficult to cultivate a diverse workforce in Colorado. Studies show that there are countless benefits of having a diverse workforce, but how do we get there?

Our panelists have been some of the industry leaders in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space for the transportation industry and have been implementing DEI initiatives related to hiring. Join us to learn from our amazing panelists on successes and lessons learned from executing hiring practices to invite a more diverse workforce into their organizations and the transportation industry as a whole.
