ITE Mountain District supports ITE's belief that differences in background and experience enrich the culture and experiences of ITE for our membership as they do for the communities in which we live and work.
Because differences in experiences and circumstances shape how people see the world, greater inclusion will foster a more thoughtful, open, equitable, and integrated sharing of ideas and experiences among the District's members.
The Mountain District's DEI Committee actively encourages participation from all its members, especially by creating opportunities within its groups, chapters, and sections for traditionally underrepresented members to participate in DEI events and pursue opportunities to become members and leaders within ITE.
With that in mind, the ITE Mountain District DEI Committee is committed to working with its members and the companies sponsoring the district to encourage the pursuit of policies and programs that strategically enable diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the district.
