CO/WY ITE depends on corporate sponsorship to provide exceptional programming and events for local transportation professionals, professional development opportunities, and mentorship and scholarship opportunities to transportation students and young professionals.
You can support our Section by sponsoring at any level. Details of the benefits and prices of the various sponsorship levels are included below. To take full advantage of 2024 Sponsorship benefits, we encourage you to commit by January 15th, 2024 by completing and submitting the 2024 Sponsorship Form. Payments may be made by check or via PayPal.

2024 CO/WY ITE Sponsorship Levels
Gold - $5,000
- Standard sponsor recognition throughout 2024**
- Featured as presenting sponsor at one luncheon meeting* or Meet ‘n Greet
- 5-minute company introduction and speaker introduction by a representative of the presenting sponsor. Preferred meeting will be first come, first served based on when sponsorship payment is received.
- Highlighted as a featured sponsor on the CO/WY LinkedIn page with a dedicated posting
- Four tickets to each luncheon meeting*, Vendor Show, Meet 'n Greet ($1,220 value)
- Four Golf Tournament registrations ($700 value)
- Hole sponsor and logo displayed at Golf Tournament ($300 value)
- Four job posting fees waived, shared for three months each on newsletter and website ($200 value)
Silver - $2,500

Small Business - $600
- Open to DBE, ESB, WBE, and SBE firms in business five years or less

- One job posting fee waived, shared for three months on newsletter and website ($50 value)
Student Scholarship Sponsor - $1,250
- Sponsorship is equal to one student scholarship (Company's decision whether Undergraduate or Graduate)
- Scholarship to be presented as an “Undergraduate/Graduate Scholarship Sponsored by Company”
- Company representative will present scholarship during the scholarship awards luncheon
- Two tickets to scholarship awards luncheon meeting with reserved seating with student winners ($70 value)
- Note: winning students are not obligated to attend the scholarship awards luncheon
- If the student cannot attend the awards luncheon, the company representative will still get to speak about the award, and the company’s information will be included in the student's award letter
