Description: The City of Tucson is now into the third year of its Complete Streets program. The early part of the program focused on planning work, with developing the Move Tucson plan, and creating the new Tucson Street Design Guide, which provides design guidance for street improvements under the Complete Streets Policy. Now that the foundational elements are in place, the City will shift more to implementation. Patrick Hartley, from the City of Tucson, will give an update on the City's Complete Streets program and provide an overview of elements of the Street Design Guide.
Bio: Patrick Hartley is the Complete Streets Program Coordinating for the City of Tucson, where he has worked since 2019. Prior to coming to the City, Patrick was a long range and modal planner with Pima Association of Governments. He received his Masters in Planning from the University of Arizona.
