2022 ITE MOUNTAIN DISTRICT MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

BACKGROUND

The 2022 ITE Mountain District Mentorship Program is an 8-month program intended to help those registered navigate their chosen profession in order to achieve their personal and career goals. Participants will be able to network with members across the ITE Mountain District and gain valuable knowledge as they progress in their careers.

STRUCTURE

The structure of the program involves several group and one-on-one meetings. A description of the major meetings is provided below:
▪ Kick-Off Meeting: A meeting to welcome all participants and provide an overview of the program.
▪ One-on-One Meetings: Meetings that mentors and mentees will schedule on a monthly basis (at a minimum). A monthly topic will be provided to provide ideas for discussion.
▪ Group Meetings: Meetings where all participants will have discussions on their progress in the program. Mentees will provide a 5-minute presentation summarizing their accomplishments during the program for Group Meeting #3.
