ITE 2022 Mountain District Meeting Call for Abstracts

The ITE 2022 Mountain District Annual Meeting will be held June 8th – 10th at the Riverside Hotel and Convention Center in Boise, Idaho. 

The Mountain District Committee invites you to submit abstracts on relevant transportation engineering subjects for consideration as a presenter in the technical program. Our meeting will feature individual presentations, panel discussions, and technical tours.

The meeting technical program will include multiple themes with a wide topical range for sessions. The Mountain District invites submissions in any one of the following to be part of the technical program:

• Accessibility
• Asset management
• Automated signal performance measures
• Autonomous and connected vehicles
• Bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure
• Bus rapid transit
• Complete streets
• Congestion management
• Innovative design case studies
• Incident management
• Effective safety measures
• Fleet electrification
• Metropolitan mobility
• Multimodal intersection safety/design
• Re-imagining public spaces
• Roundabout design and retrofit
• Rural roadway improvements
• Sustainable transportation solutions
• Traffic signal design and operations
• Transportation technology solutions

We are also accepting 15minute Ted-talk style talks. These are talks that are largely delivered without a Q/A and do a quick, but dive deep into a subject. A strict 15 minute time limit will be placed on these talks.

Abstracts are due: February 25, 2022
