The COVID safety measures at FMSC are “Strict”:

Masks
- Masks must be worn inside the building at all times and outside the building (when waiting to check-in).
- If you have received the COVID-19 vaccination in any capacity (1st or 2nd round) you will still be required to wear masks at all times and follow all COVID protocols while packing.
- Please note that acceptable masks include multi-layer cloth, non-medical disposable, or N95. All masks must fit snugly and completely cover your nose and mouth.
- Please note that plastic face shields worn alone, neck gaiters, and bandanas are not acceptable. A mask with a face shield is acceptable.
The COVID safety measures at Fate Brewing Company are “Relaxed”:
The CDC issued new guidelines effective 5/13/21 as it relates to masks. Their new guidance is that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so. Attendees are expected to practice patience and grace during this transition period. If you approach someone who is wearing a mask, please respect their right to do so, and maintain your social distance from them.
When You’ve Been Fully Vaccinated (from the CDC)
If you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did before the pandemic without wearing a mask or physically distancing, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations. That includes local business and workplace guidance. You should still watch out for symptoms of COVID-19, especially if you’ve been around someone who is sick. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should get tested and stay home and away from others.
Guidance for Unvaccinated People (from the CDC)
If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth to help protect yourself and others. Masks should be worn in addition to staying at least 6 feet apart, especially around people who don’t live with you. Get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you can. Being in crowds makes you more likely to get or spread COVID-19, so avoid crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces. And wash your hands often with soap and water, or use hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.
