This month's presentation will be on the City of Tucson's Downtown Links and Broadway Boulevard construction projects.
DAVID BURBANK BIO:
David Burbank is currently an Engineering Project Manager assigned to managing Capital Improvement Projects. He works at the City of Tucson in the Department of Transportation & Mobility. In past experience, David has worked at the Arizona Department of Transportation for 18 years in various positions in roadway design, construction administration, and materials testing. David is also a former heavy residential/heavy commercial general contractor which he did for four years. David most recently worked at The WLB Group as a Chief Construction Manager for 2.5 years prior to joining the City Of Tucson. David has been in Tucson for 51 years. David is a graduate of Sunnyside High school and the University of Arizona. David is a veteran of the US Army. His interests include family, golfing, and testing new technologies as they relate to roadways.
KYLE DEWITTE BIO:
Kyle DeWitte is currently an Engineering Project Manager for the City of Tucson Department of Transportation & Mobility.
BRENT KIRKMAN BIO:
A 2004 UofA graduate, Brent has 17 years of transportation engineering experience and has been with HDR for the last 11 years. During this time he has worked on all aspects of roadway projects from preliminary planning through final design. For both the Downtown Links and Broadway Boulevard projects he initially served as the roadway design lead before transitioning to Project Manager to lead the projects through final design.
