Primary Duties include:    

• Oversee all traffic operations and technology projects in Colorado from start to finish
• Guide development of project materials such as scopes of work, work plans, project deliverables, etc., and ensure all projects are of the highest quality
• Work collaboratively with Colorado staff on expansion and growth
• Develop a solid understanding of Navjoy’s solutions
• Work closely with the CEO on business development

Our ideal candidate:

• A Traffic Engineer or Traffic Operations with PE with at least 5 years of experience (Colorado experience preferred)
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Basic knowledge of traffic operations, network operations, and analytics preferred
• Must have a solid understanding of transportation technologies and their application
• Have the ability and desire for business and development of the firm
• Have the ability to establish relationships with agencies, other consultants, and vendors
